These terms outline your rights, obligations, and responsibilities when using our services across any state where we operate.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, including booking appointments, communicating with us, or accessing resources through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our services immediately.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Services Provided
Flywheel Centers offers ABA therapy for children with autism across multiple states. The scope of services may include assessments, individualized treatment plans, and therapy sessions at one of our centers in your home, or in your daycare, depending on the location and client needs. The services offered may vary based on state regulations and your local center’s capabilities.
Scheduling and Cancellations
- Appointment Scheduling: Appointments for services must be scheduled in advance, by contacting our client care team. Availability of services is subject to clinician availability and your location.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future scheduling.
Payment and Billing
- Billing: We will bill your insurance provider directly where applicable. You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or services not covered by your insurance. If services are not covered by insurance, you will be required to pay in full at the time of service.
- Payment Terms: Payment must be made through our online billing system, or by check or credit card in person at the clinic.
- Failure to Pay: In the event that payment is not received within the specified time frame, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services.
SMS Communications and Opt-Out
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us regarding our services, reminders, and other relevant information. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to a message sent to you. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a confirmation SMS to acknowledge that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or send “START”, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at accounts@flywheelcenters.com.
Carriers and Messaging
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do our best to ensure timely delivery of SMS messages, but cannot guarantee that messages will be received by you in a timely manner. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Telehealth Services
Where applicable, ABA therapy services may be offered via telehealth in compliance with state regulations. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet access to participate in telehealth sessions.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service, fail to pay for services, or engage in behavior that is disruptive or harmful to staff or other clients.
Limitation of Liability
