Provide direct ABA therapy

Work one-on-one with children with autism in our center or at their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Implement individualized treatment plans

Use ABA techniques to teach new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote positive behavior change.

Collect data and track progress

Record data on child performance to monitor progress for data-driven treatment decisions.

Collaborate with the treatment team

Communicate effectively with BCBAs, parents, and other team members to ensure coordinated care.

Succeed as an ABA therapist
