BCBA job requirements

Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in ABA or related field.

Meet BACB standards and pass the exam.
Supervised experience at a minimum of 750 hours.
Specific duties may require NC Psychology Board Licensure.
Experience working with children with autism.
Strong leadership and clinical skills.
Adhere to the BACB’s ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.
